I deposited DAI on 1/12/21 and, aside from briefly disappearing during the V2 transition (on both V2 and V1), the investment has done exactly nothing (i.e. no interest is shown). Perhaps 16 days is not enough of an interval to see a return? How often should interest be accruing?

but without knowing any more about your issue, interest should be accruing constantly, but the amount of yDAI you have doesn’t increase; only its value goes up over time
