Guys - Sharing some Legal Info on yearn and claims to the IP

Not Sure if you have seen this or not, but XAR a South African business associate to Fantom is claiming all the IP rights to yearn saying the concept ideas were theirs.

From a technical point of view, how likely is it that they can shutdown yearn? The smart contracts are on Ethereum, so they can survive, but what about the front end?

Front end is open source. Its super easy to rebuild anyway if needed.

From tech perspective it boils down to buying new domain.
