How is the owner of "Yearn: Deployer" account?

Hello guys! I’m new here, so maybe I have some lame question, sorry for it but I cannot find any answer before.
So as I can see yearn finance is built on Yearn: Deployer address (0x2D407dDb06311396fE14D4b49da5F0471447d45C)

This address can deploy and modify everything in Yearn contracts. (onlyOwner function).

Anybody know, who is the owner? Andre Cronje is the owner of all contracts (include Yearn: Deployer"

Before I jump in the other question, please anybody can answer to this question?
