Official Token List for Uniswap

Let’s make an official token list for the Yearn ecosystem for uniswap.

We can add all the vault and curve pool tokens that are supported or have pools on uniswap to the list. This will help newer people find the right tokens when using uniswap to trade.

Appealing , the automate token listing is by pulling from a smart contract, or other sources, by using npm package to take advantage of the JSON.

Coingecko is doing what Gwen mentioned above. Makes sense to ask users switch to coingecko.
