Each Proposal should have the following mandatory info displayed at the dashboard:
- a title and perhaps a short description (that one may be optional)
- end date
- link to forum thread for discussion

There is no info what they are about, only valid Proposals are 0, 1 and 5, so far.
2, 3, 4 never contacted Andre and probably were misclicks from users.

#2 might have been confused with #1 because on Twitter it was #1 and #2 originally instead of #0 and #1. Confused? 
Anyways there should be an overview pinned to the top.
