I would like to suggest an automated burn mechanism for all slashed KP3R and future slashing to protect the network from malicious actors and penalize the malicious actor by burning the KP3R for that job.
translation: I would like to reduce the circulating supply of kp3r so that they might appreciate and i can dump my 1000 tokens which I aped in and maybe break even.
Slashed bond is handled on a case by case basis and managed by governance. If a party was effected negatively, then the bond needs to be used for reimbursement. If there was no effected party, then bonds will be burned.
