UI - Title and link to Proposal / Discussion thread

Hey YFI’ers…Waifus?

Ok, jokes aside. The UI for the governance is very unclear, and i think it should be improved as soon as possible, before any mistakes are made.
I saw another thread, Proposal: UI Improvements - #9 by iTo while these suggestions look great, they would take more time to polish and implement as they are a complete overhaul.

What i suggest is that proposals on https://ygov.finance/vote would have titles that are clickable and links to the correct proposal/discussion. This would be more intuitive and clear and avoid confusion.

I attached a little example of what i had in mind.

There is no on-chain metadata in the current voting contract. This issue is known and it will be fixed in the next version.

I’ll continue adding designs to Zeplin, so when you want polished designs they ready and waiting.
