Summary
This is a proposal that may or may not be necessary, depending on what other proposals for dev incentives make it through. It should probably be passed along with some sort of other compensation if it is passed. But the idea is simple:
Devs provide transaction ids for all transactions related to development
Treasury refunds gas fees
Rationale
Devs are developing for yearn and not for themselves, and so gas fees should not be out of pocket. In a similar logic to how a business will often pay travel expenses.
